Raptor Lane:
In 2018, the Town of Dorset was able to complete the bargain sale purchase of 308 acres off Route 30 in Dorset. The lands are located off Raptor Lane, just north of JK Adams Company. The lands range from flat to hilly and include 8 permitted and subdivided lots.
In 2019, the Dorset Selectboard appointed the Raptor Lane Steering Committee. The purpose of the Committee is to review options and develop a plan for possible future uses of the property. This project represents an interesting opportunity for Dorset and the Town is excited about how this great asset could help the future of Dorset.
