2025 Reappraisal:

The preliminary notice of results of the 2025 reappraisal will be issued the week of May 19th. All property owners will receive a letter with the results of the recent work done by New England Municipal Consulting (NEMC). The informal hearings will be held starting on Tuesday June 3rd, 2025 thru Saturday June 7th 2025 at Dorset Town Offices, 112 Mad Tom Road. Daytime and evening hours will be available. If needed, please leave a message and we will return your call.
